FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. -- The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office has identified a man's body found floating in the Chattahoochee River on Saturday.

A spokesperson said that Robert Allen Hancock, 61, of Lawrenceville, Ga. was found not far from his boat by two fishermen near the McGinnis Ferry Road dock.

The incident was first reported by two fishermen on the river near the McGinnis Ferry Road dock just inside Forsyth County.

The preliminary investigation did not find any indication that there was a crime involved in the death. Officials believe he may have fallen out of his boat.
